The Tale of Two Treasures

Treasure Hill, as it is called in Park City, is home to two spectacular luxury homes.  These two luxurious homes share a very exciting position just above the city.  Generally speaking, when you approach a “Trophy Home“ or a “Mansion“ you are wowed by the entrance before you even enter the property.  These homes share a secret entrance that promises to wow even the most discriminating buyer.  How about a private tunnel to your property?  Behind a garage door off of a residential neighborhood is a 160 foot long tunnel that is tall and wide enough for commercial vehicles to access.  It is the main entrance to the property.  The tunnel is heated by a radiant heat system and is reinforced by steel through fourteen inches of concrete.  

Another nice feature of these homes is that it is saddled by two runs on Park City Mountain Resort. This is a true Ski in Ski out style property.
